Winter is officially over and summer has finally landed back in Doha! As the temperatures continue to rise, it is also the perfect time for a refreshing dip in an icy-cold pool, isn't? Getting ready for summer is much easier than getting ready for winter. It's effortless, light and affordable too. But, staying cool and looking cool in this hot and humid AF weather is not easy! That is the reason why a lot of people stick to light-colored clothes because they tend to absorb the heat less. Every year, I always look forward to celebrating the holy month of Ramadan in Doha. What excites me the most is the great number of stunning Ramadan Tent pop-ups – that is traditionally found in many Muslim countries! During this time, Doha’s dining scene is always all out to give you the best of your Ramadan experience.  A few weeks ago, I got the privilege to attend Ramadan Ghabga in Al Zomorod Ramadan Tent at St. Regis. What is Ramadan Ghabga? It happens between Iftar and Suhoor, around 8:30 PM till 10-ish in the evening. The Al Zomorod Tent is located on the ground floor of the hotel.  Disclaimer: Although I was invited by The St. Regis Doha Hotel, this write-up is meant to be an honest review of my experience. Aside from delicious foods, amazing temples, and palaces, Bangkok is also a shopaholic's paradise! I think you can find almost everything in Bangkok even the weirdest ones. It is an overwhelming city and ridiculously cheap! In our 6-day trip to Bangkok, we were able to visit some famous malls and night markets like: 1. Platinum Mall 2. MBK Mall 3. Asiatique 4. Ratchada Train Market 5. Pratunam Mall 6. Chatuchak Market Shopping in Bangkok should be in your itinerary especially if you're a first-timer. Just remember that Bangkok is a hot and humid city so always keep yourself hydrated. Bring an extra shirt with you, face tower and of course, wear comfortable shoes. I loooove celebrating my birthday! Be it a small or big celebration, for as long as I'm having fun, I'm thankful. It’s just the perfect time to be selfish and of course, to treat myself a bit. So, I'm really looking forward to do something memorable every time my birthday approaches. It has been almost 3 months since I and Lalabs celebrated our birthday and we are so thankful for all of your birthday wishes. As we grow older, we realized that it’s not the number of friends/invitees that matter anymore but it’s whom we celebrate our birthday with. Not because they don’t matter to us anymore but, as our age slowly adds up, we just want it to be as intimate as possible. This year we’ve both decided to take a time-out from the usual wild birthday celebration *walwalan* or travel – because flying isn’t always feasible. What’s the best alternative for that? Woah, finally! My visit to South Korea with le boyfriend is now up on my Youtube channel. I know, it took almost a year for me to create & finish this project but trust me, even though this is only a 2-minute video, I had a hard time finishing it. So here we go again! Another year, another set of goals waiting to be achieved! Setting up goals can be really fun & motivating but on the other hand, it can also be a disappointment. That is the reason why I don't really make New Year's Resolution that much because I don't want to get upset and blame myself if I fail. (of course, who else?) This year, I hope I can do at least one from my list. I know, I don't have a lot of resolutions to share with you guys but, I'm being optimistic and hoping for the best. :) Not to make this post long, below are the things that I wanna accomplish for this year. Aside from partying and a lot of eating, one of the things that I love when the holiday season starts to kick-in is "dressing up!". Dinner invites, Thanksgiving, several Christmas parties and NYE give me a lot of reasons to put an effort into my outfits. In this blog post, I will be showing you my New Year's Eve outfit.
